REFUND & RETURN POLICY


All canceled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This is to offset the fee charged to process your payment and refund. We guarantee live arrival on all live shipments delivered on time. Claims for losses resulting from late deliveries must be filed with the delivery company of your choice. However we will happily help you in filing claims for late deliveries.
LIVE AQUATIC ORDERS MUST be claimed within 1hr, of first delivery attempt.
In the event of a DOA ,please send pictures of the LIVE AQUATIC(S), in the UNOPENED bag ,within 1 hour of delivery. Only if the customer has abided by shipping  policy will a refund or replacement be issued.
Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. 
We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to USPS/Fed-ex.
