NOTICE: Due to extreme delays we will be upgrading SOME shipments from USPS to UPS delivery if possible with no additional cost to you. For the safety of your pets we strongly recommend you selecting UPS at checkout. If for any reason you do not want the upgrade to UPS please add in the notes of the order (No shipping upgrade). We will then contact you if need.

We guarantee live arrival on all live shipments delivered on time. Claims for losses resulting from late deliveries must be filed with the delivery company of your choice. However we will happily help you in filing claims for late deliveries.

Shipping prices are done by weight if you would like a manual shipping quote please contact us. (We can sometimes give you a better shopping quote vs. the computer)
Attention cold weather is here your temps must be above freezing for shipping of live goods we will happily hold shipping until temp warm up
P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Live Guarantee
All shipments for LIVE AQUATICS are on Monday-Wednesday. 
 This may vary for fish due to necessary Fasting prior to shipping.
LIVE AQUATIC ORDERS MUST be claimed within 1hr, of first delivery attempt.
In the event of a DOA ,please send pictures of the LIVE AQUATIC(S), in the UNOPENED bag ,within 1 hour of delivery. Only if the customer has abided by shipping  policy will a refund or replacement be issued.
Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. 
We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to USPS/Fed-EX/UPS however we will try to help you resolve and problems with the shipping service used.

The less time they're boxed up, the happier! Make the necessary arrangements to decrease the amount of time they're packaged. 

Sorry for the inconvenience however it is inhumane for us to ship Coldwater fish/axolotls with tropical fish. If you order them together you will be asked to pay a second shipping charge for a second box We will not jeopardize their well-being. We hope you can understand.
